Adidas.

Adidas, the silver medalist behind the well know Nike brand, Adidas is a very well-known company around the world and very popular so at the position they are at in the world being in second isn't all that bad after all. This brand is a sports clothing manufacturer founded in Germany and parent company of the Adidas Group, which consists of the Reebok Sportswear Company, Taylor Made-Adidas Golf Company, and Rockport, Inc. Without their specialized sports footwear (soccer cleats), Adidas also produces products such as bags, shirts, watches, eyewear, and goods for other spots such as basketball, volleyball, running, cricket, and etc. In Europe, Adidas is the largest manufacturing company in sportswear but in the whole global race it falls second behind Nike, Inc. Founded in 1948 by Adolf Dassler, following the split of Gebrüder Dazzler Schuhfabrik between him and his older brother Rudolf. Rudolf years later established the company well known as Puma, which was one of the early rival of Adidas. In 1949, Adidas is now currently home based in Herzogenaurach, Germany, as well as Puma. The company's clothing and shoe designs typically feature three parallel bars, and the same motif is incorporated into Adidas's current official logo. The "Three Stripes" were bought from the Karhu Sports in 1951. The company revenue for 2011 was listed at 11.99 billion in Euros now that’s a lot of money… in Europe of course.
