High Wind Warning now in effect from 8 am Monday to 8 pm ET Tuesday night.
Timing: sustained winds of 30 to 40 mph are expected by 8 am Monday, then increasing around noontime Monday to 35 to 45 mph with hurricane force wind gusts 60 to 70 mph lasting into early Tuesday morning.
